MK Dons claimed their first away win of the League One season by beating 10-man Plymouth 1-0.
Against the run of play and on the counter MK Dons surprised their hosts when Aidan Nesbitt scored at the far post in the ninth minute as Argyle failed to deal with Alex Gilbey's cross from the right.
Nesbitt hammered in past a defender and goalkeeper Luke McCormick from an acute angle.
Dons boss Robbie Neilson was forced to reshuffle his side in the 16th minute when Ed Upson was forced off with an injury.
Target man Nadir Ciftci's well-struck 23rd minute free-kick from 25 yards thumped back off the face of the crossbar, with Dons keeper Lee Nicholls beaten.
Argyle's next free kick - taken by Fox - was deflected just around the post but 12 minutes before half-time Argyle were reduced to 10 men when playmaker Graham Carey was red carded for a foul on Gboly Ariyibi.
Still Argyle went in search of an equaliser and it required a brave save by Nicholls to deny target man Ciftci as he was put in on goal by Ryan Edwards pinpoint pass.
