Neil Warnock has been fined £20,000 by the FA for his comments about referee Craig Pawson following Cardiff's loss to Chelsea.
An irate Warnock lamented poor officiating after his side were on the wrong end of decisions during the 2-1 defeat.
Chelsea scored twice in the final six minutes through Cesar Azpilicueta and Ruben Loftus-Cheek to come from behind after Victor Camarasa had opened the scoring.
However, Azpilicueta's equaliser was mired in controversy as he looked offside when heading in after Marcos Alonso had flicked on Willian's corner
Warnock , who also felt Antonio Rudiger should have been sent off and the Bluebirds awarded two penalties, stared angrily, but silently at referee Pawson and his assistants as they left the pitch at the final whistle.
Later he vented his anger as he conducted his post-match interviews, branding Premier League officials "the worst in the world" and questioning whether his side's treatment was "pay-back" for his antics over the years.
Warnock denied three breaches of questioning the integrity of the match official and/or implied bias and bringing the game into disrepute but has now been found guilty of the charges.
An FA statement read: "Whilst the manager denied three breaches of FA Rule E3, they were subsequently found proven during an independent regulatory commission hearing.
"Comments he made in a post-match interview with the BBC, and a post-match interview with Sky Sports, were found to be improper as they questioned the integrity of the match official and/or implied bias.
"In addition, comments he made in a talkSPORT radio interview on 01/04/2019 were found to constitute improper conduct and/or bring the game into disrepute."
