Stoke striker Peter Crouch comically falls over playing headers and volleys!

Former England striker Peter Crouch has scored some memorable volleys during his career but this is one effort he'll want to forget!

The Stoke City star was on the Soccer AM sofa on Saturday and joined in for a game of headers and volleys at the end of the show.

However, Crouch's first attempt did not quite go to plan and he took a tumble in the process of volleying wide - much to the amusement of everybody in the John Arne Riise Arena.

The 35-year-old recovered though to lift the ball over his head and get a volley away on goal but the goalkeeper just pushed the ball over the bar.

Crouch then attempted a spectacular acrobatic volley which whistled inches over the crossbar!
