Ronald Koeman says both Victor Wanyama and Sadio Mane will remain at Southampton with Transfer Deadline Day looming.
Wanyama was left out of the Saints squad for the second game running on Sunday, as Koeman's side beat Norwich 3-0, while Mane played a starring role in the victory at St Mary's.
Sky sources understand Wanyama has asked to leave the club, with Tottenham interested, while Sky sources also understand Manchester United made a bid for forward Mane last week.
But Koeman's stance remains clear, telling Sky Sports after the win on Super Sunday: "They will stay in Southampton, I'm 100 per cent sure about that.
"The same answer for Victor as for Sadio, we don't sell that kind of player because they are key players for the team and they have to respect the contract. That's most important.
"If they are like before, it is no problem, but they have to show the commitment that Sadio is showing, and that leaves Victor to do [the same]."
Koeman also said after the win that the club are desperate to bring in a centre-back before Transfer Deadline Day, which finishes at 6pm on Tuesday, with Saints hopeful of signing Celtic' Virgil van Dijk, according to Sky sources.
"We already mentioned two weeks ago we need a centre back. And we are working hard to bring in a new player in that position.
"We have two days more, and we have to do it."
