Wolves head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has been charged with misconduct after being sent from the touchline at Bristol City
Nuno was sent off after complaining about Danny Batth's red card in the 14th minute of Wolves' 2-1 win over City at Ashton Gate on December 30.
The Wolves boss was asked to leave the technical area, and sent to the stands by referee Peter Bankes, apparently for words spoken to the fourth official.
Nuno spent the best part of 70 minutes of the game watching on from the directors' box, and celebrated wildly when Ryan Bennett headed in a late winner for Wolves.
Bobby Reid had fired in the game's opener before Barry Douglas levelled for Wolves with a free-kick after City goalkeeper Frank Fielding was sent-off for a foul on Matt Doherty.
An FA statement said: "Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo has been charged with misconduct following his sending-off during the game against Bristol City on 30 December 2017. He has until 6pm on 5 January 2018 to respond."
