Wolves will begin the 2016/17 Sky Bet Championship season away at Rotherham on August 6.
Kenny Jackett's side start their home campaign against Reading a week later, and the first month also brings a first big derby of the season at Birmingham on August 20.
The return at Molineux is scheduled for February 25, while the two games against newly-relegated Aston Villa fall on October 15 (away) and January 14 (home).
Wolves end the season at home to Preston on May 7.
