West Brom have completed the signing of Nacer Chadli from Tottenham for a club record fee of £13m.
Chadli has signed a four-year contract at The Hawthorns, ending his three-year spell at Spurs.
The Belgium international had been a regular squad member at Spurs since arriving in the summer of 2013, but has not even been named on the bench for any of their Premier League fixtures so far this season.
It was originally suggested that Chadli would be going to the Hawthorns on loan but the Baggies have paid a club record fee for the 27-year-old and he has completed a medical at Spire Little Aston Hospital.
Chadli joined Spurs from Twente for around £7m and has made 119 appearances for the north London side, scoring 25 goals.
Baggies manager Tony Pulis said: "He's a top, top player and I'm delighted we've got him.
"I said last week that these signings all had to be about players who would improve our squad - and Nacer does precisely that."
Chadli said: "I feel very good to be here. It came very quickly but I spoke to the club and they have a good team, a good manager and I am very pleased to be here.
"My ambitions? I just want to help the team win as many games as possible."
