West Bromwich Albion are expected to complete a deal to sign Leicester City winger Jeffrey Schlupp on Monday, according to Sky sources.
The 23-year-old was the subject of a £12m offer from the Baggies on Friday, although the Foxes have yet to give a formal response.
Albion's latest approach is their third for the 23-year-old and they have significantly upped their offer after Leicester turned down a £9m bid.
Schlupp was a second-half substitute in Leicester's Community Shield defeat to Manchester United but was not part of the squad for Saturday's Premier League opener against Hull City at the KCOM Stadium.
The Ghana international has already been told by manager Claudio Ranieri he may need to leave the club in order to play regular first-team football.
Schlupp, who made 24 Premier League appearances as Leicester won the title last season - scoring one goal - signed a four-year deal at the King Power Stadium last summer, but faces competition from the likes of Riyad Mahrez and Marc Albrighton on the wings.
West Brom boss Tony Pulis has stated his intention of signing five new players before the transfer window closes and Schlupp looks set to be the first of that quintet to arrive at The Hawthorns.
