Derby County have rejected a bid of £3m from Burnley for their midfielder Jeff Hendrick, according to Sky Sources.
Hendrick, who impressed for the Republic of Ireland during the Euro 2016 finals, started all four games in France.
The 24-year-old still has two years left on his contract at the IPro Stadium.
It is believed that new Rams' manager Nigel Pearson is keen to keep Hendrick with the Championship club and also feels that Burnley's offer hugely underestimates his market value.
