WATCH: Special night for Bradley Lowery at Sunderland v Chelsea

It was a very special night for terminally-ill Sunderland fan Bradley Lowery on Wednesday as he warmed up with his heroes prior to their game against Chelsea at the Stadium of Light.
Cesc Fabregas' first-half strike secured the victory for the visitors, but it failed to spoil the occasion for one of Sunderland's biggest supporters.
The club's top scorer striker Jermain Defoe carried five-year-old mascot Lowery, whose fight against neuroblastoma has captured the hearts of players, supporters and officials from clubs around the country, onto the field ahead of kick-off.
He took penalties on the pitch and trained with his Sunderland heroes before receiving a standing ovation in the fifth-minute of the game.
Bradley, from Blackhall Colliery near Hartlepool, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma in 2013 and has received more than 11,000 Christmas cards from well-wishers following a campaign organised by an Everton fan.
