Sunderland forward Jeremain Lens has joined Turkish side Fenerbahce on a season-long loan deal.

The 28-year-old will join up with Dick Advocaat for a fourth time after playing under the manager at AZ Alkmaar, PSV Eindhoven and the Black Cats.

Lens joined Sunderland from Dynamo Kiev for £8m in July 2015, but made only 14 Premier League starts for the club.

The winger scored three league goals for Sunderland in games against Aston Villa, West Ham and Watford as well as netting in the FA Cup third-round defeat by Arsenal.
