Birmingham have recalled forward Greg Stewart from his loan spell with Kilmarnock, according to Sky sources.
The 28-year-old moved to Rugby Park on a season-long loan last August and scored eight goals in 16 appearances as Killie competed with Celtic and Rangers at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.
However, he has been asked to return to his parent club and is expected in Birmingham on Sunday.
Stewart's contract expires at the end of the season and he could yet leave St Andrew's on a permanent deal this month.
He joined Birmingham from Dundee in August 2016 but has made just 22 appearances, 16 of which were as a substitute, and spent last season on loan at Aberdeen.
