Birmingham have been handed a home game against Cardiff in their opening match of the new Sky Bet Championship season on August 6.
A trip to Leeds follows a week later and the Blues finish the opening month with home fixtures against Wolves and Norwich.
Birmingham fans will have to wait until October 29 to face cross-city rivals Aston Villa before making the reverse trip to Villa Park on April 22.
The Christmas period brings two away trips, to Derby on Boxing Day and Barnsley on New Year's Eve.
Birmingham's season culminates with a home game against Huddersfield on April 29 followed by a trip to Ashton Gate to play Bristol City on the final day.
