Millwall defender Jake Cooper insists there is "no pressure" on his side as they continue their play-off quest against Bolton on Tuesday night.

One of the division's in-form sides, the Lions are in the midst of a 15-match unbeaten run and sit in seventh ahead of the game with just five Championship games remaining.

Neil Harris' men head to the Macron lying just a point outside the top six, and defender insists they have the ability to maintain the pace.

"The pressure isn't on us," Cooper told the club website. "We're Millwall - no one expects us to be in this position having come up from League One last season through the play-offs.

"Hopefully the experience of that can be used this year. We've got five games to go and achieve something big for this club.

"We can't get carried away. Bolton have something to play for - it's not going to be easy at all. However, we'll go there fully confident and hoping to get another three points."

"It is especially pleasing because the gap used to be so big. Now we have the belief, we've closed the gap and we keep winning games, so we're just raring to go in the next match."
