Derby signed Chris Weale and Ikechi Anya before loaning Chris Martin to Sky Bet Championship rivals Fulham in a busy final hour of the transfer window.
Weale has penned a one-year contract, bolstering a goalkeeping department depleted following the departures of Lee Grant and Kelle Roos, while winger Anya has signed a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee from Watford.
County manager Nigel Pearson told the club's official website: "We're delighted to get Ikechi Anya here. I have met with him this evening and he is certainly a very enthusiastic individual.
"He gives us more balance to the squad and we have someone that is versatile in wide areas. He can play out wide, at full-back or as a wing-back.
"I'm really pleased with the potential that he brings to us."
Meanwhile, striker Martin has signed a season-long loan deal at Fulham, who have paid a loan fee and have the option to buy the 27-year-old.
