Watford have completed the signing of defender Adam Masina from Bologna on a five-year deal.
Sky Sports News reported last month the 24-year-old left-back had completed a medical and agreed personal terms with the Italy U21 international.
He becomes Watford's second defensive signing of the summer, with Marc Navarro having already joined on a five-year deal from Espanyol.
Masina, who is Morocco-born, made 131 appearances for Bologna, including 99 in Serie A.
The Hornets are also in talks to sign goalkeeper Ben Foster from West Brom, according to Sky sources.
Sky Sports News reported last week Foster and team-mate Craig Dawson refused to travel with the rest of the Baggies squad for their pre-season training camp in Portugal last week.
Foster has one year left on his contract at The Hawthorns and it is thought West Brom could ask for up to £3m for the 35-year-old.
