West Ham will begin their Premier League campaign with an away match against Liverpool on August 11.
Manuel Pellegrini's side follow the trip to Anfield with their opening home game against Bournemouth on August 18 and then an away clash at Arsenal.
Pellegrini, who took charge of West Ham in May to replace David Moyes, will face former club Manchester City - the Premier League champions - on November 24 at the London Stadium.
They open 2018 on New Year's Day at home against Brighton, while April could be a tricky month with away games against Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham.
West Ham finish their campaign at Watford on May 12.
