West Ham captain Mark Noble has claimed the Hammers need just one win to guarantee safety in the Premier League.

Slaven Bilic's side sit on 36 points, with last weekend's crucial 1-0 victory over Swansea moving them up to 14th in the Premier League table, eight points above the relegation zone.

Noble, who will miss the next two games after earning his 10th yellow card of the season in that win over the Swans, insists victory at Sunderland on Saturday would secure safety.

"One more win should see us safe," Noble told the club's official website. "Hopefully we've broken that run of losses, games we shouldn't have lost.

"Sunderland away is massive and then we have some tough games."

"I'll be going up with them [to Sunderland], for sure. I wouldn't be able to relax otherwise. My Saturday would be the worst Saturday in history if I didn't go!

"I need to be there, so I'm pretty sure the manager will be happy with me travelling up with the lads and supporting them, because obviously we're in this together.
