West Ham United have called a meeting with fans to discuss the crowd problems which have marred the opening weeks of their Premier League campaign since moving to the London Stadium.
After Saturday's 4-2 defeat to Watford, a club statement confirmed 10 supporters were ejected during the game in addition to nearly 100 complaints made over standing in seated areas and anti-social behaviour.
The club is seeking feedback from all sections of the stadium on a number of issues, and last season's Supporters Advisory Board have been invited to take part in the discussion, which will take place at the stadium on Tuesday.
There will also be representation from the boardroom, but what board members will attend is yet to be decided.
Before the start of the season a 'Founders Feedback' campaign invited fans to inform the club of their observations to improve their matchday experience.
Those who emailed their thoughts will also be invited to the meeting, in addition to representatives from unofficial magazines and websites.
The club were adamant the stadium owners E20 needed a police presence for their EFL Cup fixture on September 21 against Accrington Stanley, but that proposal was declined, after deputy assistant commissioner Peter Terry said the lack of reliable radio across the ground means extra policing cannot be provided.
