West Ham have agreed a deal to sign winger Gokhan Tore from Besiktas, according to Sky sources.
Tore will join West Ham on a season-long loan and Sky sources understand the Hammers have the option to make the move permanent for a fee in the region of £10m.
He will become manager Slaven Bilic's fifth signing of the summer following the arrivals of Sofiane Feghouli, Toni Martinez, Havard Nordtveit and Domingos Quina.
Bilic has been tracking Tore since the end of last season and failed with a bid to sign the 24-year-old on loan in June.
But after West Ham successfully negotiated fresh terms with the Turkish champions, Bilic will be able to call upon Tore for the 2016/17 season.
Tore, capped 26 times by Turkey, joined Besiktas from Rubin Kazan in 2013 and played under Bilic for two seasons at the club.
He made 24 league appearances and scored four times last season as Besiktas claimed their first Super Lig title in seven years.
