West Ham's current squad of players said farewell to the Boleyn Ground

West Ham's current squad of players said farewell to the Boleyn Ground after their 3-2 win over Manchester United.

During a ceremony to end an emotionally-charged evening on Tuesday in East London, West Ham's 2015/16 players were welcomed onto the pitch.

Current Hammers captain Mark Noble had his say on his time at the Boleyn, and fought back the tears as the home crowd sang his name following another superb performance.

Stars from the past were also introduced to the fans, who witnessed a glorious final chapter after their 112-year stay at the ground.

Goals from Diafra Sakho, Michail Antonio and Winston Reid sealed the win, during a topsy-turvy affair that had West Ham 2-1 down with just 14 minutes remaining.

The result dented Manchester United's hopes of Champions League qualification, while West Ham are now just a point behind Louis van Gaal's side going into the final day of the Premier League season.
