Slaven Bilic admits he feels for Jose Mourinho after his West Ham side saw off Chelsea 2-1 at Upton Park.
Mourinho's Chelsea suffered their fifth Premier League defeat of the campaign thanks to Andy Carroll's late header, and played most of the match with 10 men after Nemanja Matic's dismissal for two yellow cards.
They also had a Cesc Fabregas goal disallowed for a tight offside call, but Bilic says the decisions were not mistakes.
"I feel for [Mourinho]," the Croat said. "Decisions from his point of view have gone against him. I would moan if it was against us. But they are not mistakes, they are matters of opinion.
"You can talk about those things. The sending-off I didn't see. The first one was definitely yellow, the second one was very far from me, but it looked like Sakho was already gone.
"But I think second yellows, especially in the first half, should be 'real' bookings. The disallowed goal? No one can say onside or offside even when you freeze the picture."
West Ham's sixth win of the season puts them on 20 points from 10 games, and the Hammers have now seen off Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Man City.
Bilic praised matchwinner Carroll for his contribution, and recognises how hard the striker has worked after being plagued with injury problems.
"He needed it of course. He did the job well. He's been training really hard for six to eight weeks, and we were putting him slowly into games.
"It is crucial for him to stay fit and stay away from injuries, because his quality is never in question, just his injuries and fitness.
"He is training regularly, he is fit, and with a little bit of luck he's going to make us very, very happy.
"I'm very proud of my team and my club, it's brilliant to win against the champions. It gives you confidence. We deserved it. But we have to know what we have to do every time we play."
