Charlton Athletic have sacked manager Guy Luzon and his backroom staff following their 3-0 home defeat to Brentford in the Sky Bet Championship on Saturday.
Luzon, 40, arrived at The Valley in January and had a good start to his spell with Athletic, overseeing a fine run of results which saw them finish 12th in the Championship.
But this season The Addicks have struggled, Saturday's defeat leaving them third from bottom of the table, with just two league wins all season from 13 games.
David Martane was recruited in the summer, having worked with Israeli Luzon at Standard Liege in Belgium. Damian Matthew ends a nine-year association with Charlton, having initially joined as the club's youth coach in 2006.
Athletic tweeted: "Charlton have terminated the contract of Head Coach Guy Luzon.
"The contracts of Assistant Head Coach Damian Matthew and First-Team Coach David Martane have also been terminated. The club would like to thank the trio for their efforts and a further statement will be made in due course."
The defeat to Brentford was Charlton's seventh in their last nine games, and third in succession. Their last victory was back in August.
