Fulham owner Shahid Khan has once again backed manager Slavisa Jokanovic despite their poor run of form in the Premier League

Fulham owner Shahid Khan has told Sky Sports News he has “all the confidence” in head coach Slavisa Jokanovic despite Saturday’s 3-0 home defeat to Bournemouth.

Khan was forced on Thursday to issue a public defence of Jokanovic following speculation over his future, with the American rubbishing reports he had just two games to save his job.

But the loss to the Cherries at Craven Cottage has increased the pressure on the 50-year-old, with Fulham remaining in the Premier League relegation zone.

The west London club have now lost seven of their 10 league games this season and have conceded 28 goals - the most of any side in the Premier League - but Khan remains behind Jokanovic.

Speaking at Sunday's NFL game at Wembley, between his Jacksonville Jaguars and the Philadelphia Eagles, Khan exclusively told Sky Sports News: "I think Slav's our guy.

"It was not a good day for us yesterday after playing Bournemouth but I spent quite a bit of time with him and I have all the confidence in Slav.
