Noel Gallagher joined the Manchester City dressing room for a rendition of Wonderwall as they celebrated the Premier League title

Noel Gallagher was showered with champagne in the Manchester City dressing room as he sang a rendition of his most famous song with the club's title-winning team.

The ex-Oasis singer-songwriter and avid City supporter sang 'Wonderwall' with the players after they retained the Premier League title with victory at Brighton on the final day of the season.

Gallagher raised his hands aloft and put his arms around Fernandinho as the song ended and then broke into another chant of 'Championes', as City clinched the trophy for the fourth time in their history.

City players also filmed Noel in the dressing room after the game and posted the videos to their social media.

Pep Guardiola and his squad flew straight back to Manchester afterwards to continue their celebrations to a huge crowd at the Etihad Stadium.
