Watch the moment Manchester City finally lifted the Premier League trophy on Sunday after their penultimate home game of the season.
Pep Guardiola's side were confirmed as champions three weeks ago to the day after Manchester United lost to West Brom, but have had to wait to get their hands on the trophy following a goalless draw with Huddersfield.
Wearing shirts with 'Champions 18' on the back, the players and members of the backroom staff received a winners' medal before Vincent Kompany and Yaya Toure lifted the cup to a raucous reception from the home fans.
While Guardiola was clearly overjoyed with the victory - looking emotional as the trophy hit the air - he left the celebrations to his players as he watched on with his staff.
There was also the obligatory champagne showers on a separate podium, with the players continuing their party around the field to a stadium full of fans.
Man City have two games left to play - at home to Brighton on Wednesday and away to Southampton next Sunday - and can hit 100 points with maximum points from the two fixtures.
