Manchester City will lift the Premier League trophy after their game against Huddersfield on May 6, live on Sky Sports Premier League.
Manchester United's home defeat to West Brom on Sunday confirmed City as champions, with Vincent Kompany leading celebrations alongside several of his team-mates in a local pub.
Pep Guardiola, meanwhile, was playing golf with Tommy Fleetwood.
Kompany was later mobbed by fans as he entered the Hale Wine Bar in Manchester along with team-mates John Stones, Kyle Walker, Bernardo Silva and Fabian Delph.
The City manager gave his players three days off following their win over Tottenham on Saturday, with the squad due back at the club's training ground on Wednesday.
Kompany has already called on City to "unlock their full potential" and be successful for years to come following confirmation of their title.
He will be officially presented the trophy at the Etihad after what will be City's penultimate home game of the season.
City then face Brighton at home on Wednesday, May 9, before a trip to Southampton on May 13, the final day of the campaign.
