Manchester City might be the team to beat this season, but how does Pep Guardiola keep them at the top?
That was discussed on The Debate on Sky Sports between former Arsenal striker Ian Wright and Chelsea Ladies manager Emma Hayes.
There was talk about Guardiola's coaching, comparisons with Barcelona, signings, and how the Man City boss is improving the players in his squad.
"It's the consistency," said Wright. "And getting those performances so they can be compared to teams like Barcelona who have done it every week.
"When you have a manager like Pep who is so driven and so good and so intense in his training sessions and the players are responding to it, it's an environment that you can't wait to be involved in because you know you are getting better and starting to blast teams out of the way like they are doing. That environment is the best place to be right now."
