Vincent Kompany returned for Manchester City against Tottenham on Sunday after six weeks out with a calf injury.
The City captain has posted a video on Facebook to thank fans for their support during a season that has been disrupted by injury.
Kompany has made just 10 Premier League starts this season and City have struggled in his absence.
