Samir Nasri insists he will return stronger for Manchester City after ruling himself out for the next three months through injury.
The Manchester City midfielder has made just two substitute appearances since mid-September as he is continues to battle hamstring problems - but he took to social media on Wednesday night to explain he was looking forward to his return.
The France international said: "What doesn't kill you make you stronger. I will be back better than ever see you in 3 months."
A pictured on Nasri's social media account showed him on crutches.
The 28-year-old, whose only Premier League start this season came against Crystal Palace in September, has not featured for City since a substitute appearance in the 5-1 defeat of Bournemouth on October 17.
