Steve Bruce has suggested Aston Villa would be unlikely to copy the Wolves coaching staff's "vociferous" celebrations should they defeat the league leaders on Saturday.
Wolves travel to Villa Park on Saturday evening, live on Sky Sports, hoping to repeat the 2-0 victory they recorded over their Midlands rivals at Molineux in October.
When reminded of those scenes when Nuno Espirito Santo and his staff celebrated that victory, Bruce said: "They're vociferous all the time and that's their prerogative. I wouldn't have thought my staff would behave like that.
"But they beat us fairly and squarely and you have to take things like that on the chin. We'll bear that in mind for tomorrow, but let's hope we're celebrating and not them."
Saturday's clash sees the Championship's third-placed side host the league leaders, and Bruce thinks the high-stakes nature of the fixture - combined with the fact it is a local derby - means it needs no building-up.
He said: "With games like this you don't need any building up - it's always there and unravels.
"As my old assistant manager Archie Knox used to say: 'You can smell the hot-dogs'. Big game, big occasion. Big night for it, live on the tele, full house. You don't really need any build up.
"We performed fantastically well in the last big derby game against Birmingham. Can we get to those levels again? Because to get a result we'll have to be.
"Wolves are an outstanding side in the Championship this year, particularly for them to be at 70-odd points already at this stage of the season.
"It's a big week for us and let's see if we can get the result."
