Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce believes with the return of Jonathan Kodjia and the addition of Robert Snodgrass his side will play a more exciting brand of football

Steve Bruce is targeting back-to-back league wins for the first time this season when Aston Villa take on Nottingham Forest on Saturday, live on Sky Sports.

Villa's 3-0 win at Barnsley last weekend has eased some of the pressure which had been building on Bruce after a run of three consecutive draws, and Villa are now five games unbeaten in the Championship.

Bruce is keen to build on the result at Oakwell, saying: "We've kept three clean sheets, and adding to that, Jonathan Kodjia is back.

"A win breeds confidence. We can play a bit more expansive now with Kodjia back, rather than just staying in games.

"Hopefully now we are in a position where we can mount a challenge.
