Tottenham have completed the signing of defender Juan Foyth from Estudiantes on a five-year deal.
The 19-year-old Argentina U20 international is highly regarded and has been a target for Spurs all summer, although the move appeared to have fallen through at one point.
However, Sky Sports News reported earlier in the week that Spurs had agreed a deal with Estudiantes and were all set to make their third signing of the summer, having already signed Davinson Sanchez and Paulo Gazzaniga.
The transfer has now been completed and last year's Premier League runners-up are also closing in on a deal for Paris Saint-Germain's Serge Aurier.
New boy Foyth told Spurs TV: "I really like this club. I have always followed it since I was a boy.
"I really like the league. I am focused and now I'm going to try and make the most of it.
"I know the club has great history and is one of the biggest clubs in England.
"I'm very happy to be here. It's a dream for me.
"I also know that many young players are in the team at the moment, I think there is a wonderful project here.
"It's a club that believes in young players and I am very pleased to be here."
