Tottenham travel to Newcastle on the opening day of the 2017/18 season before hosting Premier League champions Chelsea in their first league match at Wembley.
With White Hart Lane undergoing redevelopment, last season's runners-up face one of their toughest tests at Wembley when Antonio Conte's Chelsea make the short trip across London on August 19.
That match comes after Spurs head to St James' Park on August 12, where they will be the first opposition for Rafa Benitez's Newcastle side upon their return to England's top tier.
Tottenham face north London rivals Arsenal at the Emirates on November 18, while the reverse fixture at Wembley is set to take place on February 10.
Boxing Day will see Spurs host Southampton, while Mauricio Pochettino's side end the season with a clash at home to Leicester City.
