After Harry Kane reached 100 career goals with his first-half hat-trick in Tottenham's 4-0 thrashing of Stoke on Sunday, we take a look at the numbers behind his stunning scoring record.
Kane netted three times in just 23 minutes at White Hart Lane, moving level with Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku at the top of the Premier League scoring charts with 17 goals in 21 games.
The hat-trick was his third in his last nine appearances, and he has now scored four in the Premier League - more than any other Tottenham player despite being just 23 years old. From Alan Shearer to Ian Wright, only 11 players have netted more trebles in Premier League history.
It's no wonder Mauricio Pochettino is already describing him as a Tottenham legend in the making. Kane's critics wrote him off as a one-season wonder after his breakout campaign in 2014/15, but he just keeps getting better.
From 21 Premier League goals in his first full season to 25 in his second, Kane is now on course for 27. It's not bad considering he missed seven weeks of the season with an ankle injury. Only Sergio Aguero even comes close to his total of 63 since the start of the 2014/15 campaign.
Kane is already a part of the furniture in the Premier League but his record is even more impressive when you consider his age. His total of 66 Premier League goals before the age of 24 is behind only Michael Owen, Robbie Fowler, Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo and Romelu Lukaku in the history of the competition.
It places him in esteemed company, and he still has five months to go before his 24th birthday. "I am very pleased for him, he deserves it," said Pochettino on Sunday. "He is very professional, a top man and I am very happy. It is not new for me. It does not surprise me because I have said many times he is one of the best strikers in the world."
It's quite a turnaround for a player who started his senior career with unspectacular loan spells at Leyton Orient, Millwall, Norwich and Leicester, but Kane's scoring exploits now place him firmly among Europe's elite.
Of players to have spent the last three seasons in England, Spain, Germany and Italy, only Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Luis Suarez, Robert Lewandowski, Gonzalo Higuain and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang have scored more goals in all competitions.
Kane's total of 81 is level with Neymar and Sergio Aguero. It puts him comfortably ahead of Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann, while Diego Costa and Karim Benzema do not even make the top 10. The stats show Kane is already up there with the best. The good news for Tottenham is that he's improving all the time.
