He will be hoping to make it two from two in the league when Tottenham host David Moyes' Sunderland.
Danny Higginbotham explained to Sky Sports why Moussa Dembele could be key to Kane rediscovering his top form.
"I think it's all down to one player," Higginbotham said. "Going into this season, in the 13 games where Dembele has not played, Harry Kane has scored only two goals.
"That tells me that he's an important cog who'll feed the likes of Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Erik Lamela."
