Tottenham have completed the signing of attacking midfielder Georges-Kevin N'Koudou from Marseille.
The 21-year-old has signed a contract which runs until 2021, while Spurs have sent Clinton N'Jie to Marseille on a season-long loan deal.
The deal for N'Koudou has been in the pipeline for a while and the player has been training with Spurs for the last week, having agreed personal terms.
However, the signing was held up by a change in the presidency at Marseille and the need for N'Jie's loan move the other way to be agreed.
Born in Versailles, N'Koudou is a France U21 international who began his career at Nantes before moving on to Marseille last summer.
He went on to enjoy an impressive season with OM, scoring 10 times in 41 appearances and bagging four goals in the Europa League.
He told the Tottenham website: "I'm really delighted to sign for this team. It's a really great English club with a lot of ambition, which is the reason why I have moved here.
"I always dreamed of playing in England and I watched a lot of Premier League football last year, including Tottenham games. That's what attracted me.
"It's true that I watched many Premier League games when I was a child as well and I remember a few players that made me want to come here - Gareth Bale for instance, who has played here.
"There was also Cristiano Ronaldo when he was playing for Manchester United. They inspired me because they play the way I like to - they like to challenge defenders, to dribble.
"I can't wait to get started with the Premier League and the English game. It suits my playing style, it's explosive.
"Everyone knows I'm fast and I like to dribble around players, so the English league is best for me."
Cameroon international N'Jie, 23, heads to Marseille on loan, having joined Spurs from Olympique Lyonnais in August last year.
However, his first season in England was marred by injury and he featured just eight times in the Premier League.
