Ronald Koeman says Everton display against Manchester United was positive

Ronald Koeman said Everton produced a "positive" performance after they came from behind to draw 1-1 with Manchester United on Sunday.
Everton looked to be heading for a third defeat in four matches after Zlatan Ibrahimovic put United ahead in the 42nd minute.
But Leighton Baines snatched a draw with a late penalty after Marouane Fellaini fouled Idrissa Gueye in the box.
"The whole team performance was positive," Koeman told Sky Sports. "From the start we showed good organisation and made it difficult for United to create anything.
"The goal was a mistake but the boys showed great belief in the second half and a point was the minimum we deserved from the game.

"The whole performance was much better than last week [1-0 defeat at Southampton], and we need to fight for good results. We are still unbeaten at home so that's very good."
Everton could have been playing against 10 men for most of the match had Marcos Rojo been sent off for a two-footed tackle on Gueye after 16 minutes.
Koeman would not be drawn on if he thought it was a red, saying: "There's always discussion about if it's yellow or red, is it a penalty or no penalty. They are difficult situations for the referee and I am not the one to make conclusions about that.
"From the start we played well, that was positive, and with the substitutes we took risks with four strikers and we made it very difficult.
"[David] De Gea had one or two unbelievable saves, if not we would have scored earlier. I think it's a fair result."
Koeman expects Seamus Coleman and Yannick Bolasie, both of whom went off with injuries in the second half, to be fit for next weekend.
