UEFA has charged Arsenal after fireworks were set off during the Europa League match against Atletico Madrid at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday.
Fireworks and smoke bombs were set off during the pre-match player presentations ahead of the Europa League semi-final first leg.
Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone has also been charged with improper conduct and insulting a match official.
The cases will be dealt with by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on May 4.
Arsenal took the lead in the match through Alexandre Lacazette in the second half, but a late equaliser from Antoine Griezmann gave the visitors the advantage going into next week's return leg at the Wanda Metropolitano in Madrid.
