Arsene Wenger insists he is not aware of any interest from Barcelona in Hector Bellerin.
Reports in Spanish newspaper Sport this week claimed that Barca officials were soon to meet with the right-back's representatives.
But, after branding reports that his first-team coach Boro Primorac leave the club this summer as "fake news", Wenger also said it was difficult to take the Bellerin reports seriously.
Ahead of the Gunners' trip to West Brom, live on Sky Sports 1 HD on Saturday lunchtime, Wenger said: "No (I am not aware of interest from Barca in Bellerin).
"He has just signed a contract and has an unbelievable number of years to go. Again it's very difficult to take this thing seriously."
Bellerin has been in good form for the Gunners this season, making 28 appearances across all competitions.
The 21-year-old joined Arsenal's academy after initially being on the books at Barcelona's famed La Masia academy.
