Andy Robertson says he is "praying" over the extent of the calf injury he sustained during Liverpool’s Champions League win over Barcelona.
The left back will undergo a scan on Wednesday to ascertain the severity of the injury which he sustained in a collision with Luis Suarez, who appeared to flick his leg out at the defender, shortly before half-time at Anfield.
Robertson managed to continue until the break, when he was replaced by Georginio Wijnaldum who went on to score two goals in the 4-0 semi-final second-leg victory and 4-3 on aggregate to reach next month's final.
"It doesn't feel the best at the minute but I'll get a scan tomorrow," Robertson told the club's website.
"They're confident that it's just a nerve or whatever and it can be maybe a couple of days, but we'll wait and see.
"We can't really comment until I get the scan, but I'll be saying my prayers."
Liverpool host Wolves in their final Premier League match of the season on Sunday needing a win at Anfield and league leaders Manchester City to slip-up at Brighton - with both matches live on Sky Sports - to take their first league title since 1990.
The five-time European champions will face Ajax or Tottenham in the Champions League final in Madrid on June 1.
