Liverpool right-back Nathaniel Clyne will miss the Premier League Asia Trophy due to a muscle strain.
The England international is with the rest of the Liverpool squad in Hong Kong, but is scheduled to return to full first-team training during the upcoming pre-season camp in Germany.
Clyne, who featured in the 4-0 win at Tranmere earlier this month, could return to action against Hertha BSC on July 29.
Liverpool take on Crystal Palace at the Hong Kong Stadium on Wednesday, live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League from 1pm, aiming to continue their unbeaten start to pre-season.
Manager Jurgen Klopp will be able to call upon Alberto Moreno for the clash with Palace after the left-back returned to fitness.
Following the match with Palace, Liverpool will face Leicester or West Brom on Saturday in their second fixture, either in the final or third-place play-off.
