Liverpool have rejected an £11m bid from Napoli for left-back Alberto Moreno, according to Sky sources.
The 24-year-old is of interest to Sevilla as well as two other Premier League clubs, Sky sources understand.
Liverpool value Moreno at £15m and are unwilling to let him leave for less than that figure, having signed him for £12m from Sevilla three years ago.
The Spain international's arrival in 2014 was part of a major recruitment drive in Brendan Rodgers' third season in charge, in which they signed eight new players for a cost of over £117m.
Moreno was first-choice initially but has struggled to progress and nail down a first-team place under Jurgen Klopp, who moved veteran midfielder James Milner to left-back for the majority of last season instead.
Moreno, who has three caps for Spain, has made 109 appearances for the Reds and scored three goals overall.
