Jurgen Klopp has named Liverpool legends Steven Gerrard, Jamie Carragher, Steve McManaman and Daniel Agger in his squad for a post-season friendly against Sydney FC.
Liverpool will take a 25-man squad to Australia for the game at ANZ Stadium on Wednesday to mark the club's 125th anniversary celebrations.
Philippe Coutinho, Emre Can and club captain Jordan Henderson will not make the trip, but the rest of the Liverpool squad which saw off Middlesbrough 3-0 on the final day of the Premier League season to secure Champions League qualification will be present.
Can is left out due to Germany's upcoming Confederations Cup in Russia, while Coutinho will not travel due to Brazil's forthcoming friendly against Argentina in Melbourne.
Henderson is absent as he continues to rehab a foot injury and aims to return for pre-season.
"I'm definitely going in the right way. I feel probably the best I've felt throughout my injury so far," Henderson told the club's website.
"It's a little bit too late now the season has finished, but I've got all summer to get back to where I want to be. So come pre-season, I should be OK."
The strong squad includes vice-captain James Milner, Roberto Firmino, Lucas Leiva, Divock Origi, Daniel Sturridge and Georginio Wijnaldum.
McManaman will line out for the Reds having originally left his boyhood club for Real Madrid in 1999, before retiring in 2005 after a spell with Manchester City.
Carragher and Gerrard left Liverpool in 2013 and 2015 respectively, with the retired pair having clocked up 1447 Reds appearances between them.
Danish defender Agger made 232 appearances for Liverpool over an eight-and-half-year spell with the club, before playing one final season with hometown club Brondby and retiring in 2015 at the age of 30.
