Liverpool have announced that midfielder Pedro Chirivella has joined Dutch side Go Ahead Eagles on loan until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old joined Liverpool from Valencia in 2013 and was included in the Reds' pre-season tour of Asia and Australia ahead of the 2015-16 season.
Chirivella was brought into the first-team squad for the Europa League match at Bordeaux in September 2015, where he made his competitive debut for the club as a replacement for the injured Kolo Toure.
Two FA Cup appearances followed before his Premier League debut against Swansea City in May 2016, with Chirivella particularly impressing Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp with his composure and technical ability on the ball.
Liverpool will now hope that Chirivella gains plenty of first-team experience at Eredivisie side Go Ahead Eagles for the remainder of this season before bedding him into the side once again in the near future.
