Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp does not see any reason why striker Daniel Sturridge cannot play every game for England at the European Championships next month.
Sturridge appears to have recovered from a string of injury problems and was able to start in successive games last week when Liverpool lost to Swansea and then progressed to the Europa League final with victory over Villarreal at Anfield.
Klopp, who has confirmed Jordan Henderson will be fit for England at the tournament in France in June, expects Sturridge to feature in his side's two remaining Premier League games and the Europa League final against Sevilla.
Ahead of Liverpool's clash with Chelsea, live on Sky Sports 1HD on Wednesday, Klopp said: "With Sturridge I am pretty sure everyone liked what we did, with him playing here and resting there.
"I think it's the most consistent he's been fit since I've been here. He's at a high level from the first to last minute so yes, of course he will be ready for the European Championships.
"With Henderson, it's only nine days until the final so it's not sure that he will play our game, because it's a short time. But 100 per cent he will be fit for the Euros."
Liverpool host Chelsea still with a chance of finishing fifth in the Premier League, but Klopp is aware they must strike a balance with the Europa League final in Basel looming large on the horizon.
"The Chelsea game is a a very important one. It's two really big clubs and I am really looking forward to it," he said.
"We balance things how we always do - we bring the fittest players. What I have learned this year is to rotate. I'm not world champion at this but I'm quite good.
"We could say 'stay at home and wait for the final and you will be fit'. But to win a final you need to be in your best shape and you need rhythm, and we will try to give them this.
"This season, finishing fifth, sixth or seventh won't be the biggest season in Liverpool's history obviously but everyone has seen positives. Our aim is to build for next season and play a really good season, and I'm really looking forward to it."
