Liverpool winger Jordon Ibe believes he can become a world-class player under the leadership of new manager Jurgen Klopp.
Ibe scored his first goal for the club in last week's 1-0 Europa League win over Rubin Kazan and is encouraged by Klopp's track record of nurturing young talent.
Speaking to Liverpool's official website, Ibe said: "He obviously did a great job at Borussia Dortmund and the fact that the young players he brought in were a big part of the success is very encouraging for guys like me."
Klopp guided Borussia Dortmund to two Bundesliga titles and also led them to the final of the Champions League during his spell at the club, working with emerging talents Robert Lewandowski, Mario Gotze and Marco Reus.
"The youngsters at Dortmund didn't just become a little bit better either - some of them, like Robert Lewandowski, have become players who are operating at the highest level in the Champions League," Ibe said.
Klopp took over at Anfield last month and has shown faith in many of Liverpool's younger players, with Joao Teixeira, Connor Randall, Cameron Brannagan and Ibe featuring in the Reds' 1-0 win against Bournemouth in the League Cup.
"Hopefully he can help me and some of the lads here do the same," Ibe said. "I'm hoping my attributes - pace and strength and being able to go past people - will suit the way he wants to play and I can get some more opportunities".
