Chelsea's 3-0 win, thanks to goals from Diego Costa, Marcus Alonso and Nemanja Matic, meant the Blues closed to within one win of the title and relegated their opponents in the process.

The league leaders, who are seven points clear of Tottenham with three games to play, can clinch the title with victory at West Brom on Friday Night Football.

Steve Agnew's side have rarely looked capable of getting out of trouble and this defeat put the final nail in their Premier League coffin.
