Antonio Conte has denied reports he wants more control over transfers at Chelsea before agreeing to sign a new contract.
Conte has insisted he plans a long reign at Stamford Bridge despite recently being linked with Inter Milan.
And the Italian is adamant there is no truth in claims he is asking for a greater say on transfers, which are currently managed by director Marina Granovskaia and technical director Michael Emenalo.
Conte said: "I don't understand this. It's not true. Honestly. I have a good relationship and when I need something I speak to the club and we find the right solution, always together."
Conte, whose side are 10 points clear at the top of the Premier League and face Stoke City on Saturday, has put talk of a new deal aside as his team close in on the title.

"I think for now it is important for me and the players to be focused on the present," he said.
"We have a target and it is important to try to reach this target. We are ready to face every situation.
"I think we need 24 points to win the league. For us it's important to go game by game without looking forward.
"It is important to beat Stoke and it won't be easy. They are a really strong team; a physical team but also with great players with good technique.
