Chelsea manager Antonio Conte will start his first Premier League campaign with a home London derby as West Ham visit Stamford Bridge on the opening weekend of the season.
The Blues will then make the short trip to Watford the following weekend before hosting Championship champions Burnley in a relatively low-key start for the Italian in England.
Jose Mourinho is set to return to Stamford Bridge on October 22 when Chelsea host the Portuguese's new side Manchester United, the week after a home game against champions Leicester City.
The Blues' visit to Old Trafford for the return fixture against United will not take place until April 15, while their only scheduled midweek game at home is against Manchester City on April 5.
Chelsea will also finish the season with a home game when Sunderland head to west London on Sunday May 21.
